Ayantika Mitra, Female, Process Systems Lead Ayantika is responsible for implementing digital process control, having previously co-founded an Industry 4.0 startup for mass-customised consumer products. Before this, she worked in management consulting and banking, developing systems for data management and analysis. Ayantika was recognised by the UK’s Department for Business Innovation & Skills as one of 30 rising stars in UK manufacturing.
